Correcting the earlier ingest, which erroneously name-matched the Brazilian firm Taito do Brasil (IPDB manufacturer 367) onto the umbrella "Taito" brand though IPDB lists it as a manufacturer in its own right, distinct from Taito Trading Co., Ltd. (IPDB 312) and Taito America Corporation (IPDB 778). Taito do Brasil (originally Clover Electronic Amusement, renamed in 1972 under Abraham Kogan) operated its own São Paulo factory producing largely bootlegged and licensed-adaptation games under its own name, distinct in the pinball community from its Japanese parent -- IPDB itself credits games to "Taito do Brasil," never plain "Taito." Re-attributed to its own manufacturer.
