American Girl
Overview
American Girl is the doll company — founded as the Pleasant Company by Pleasant Rowland in 1986 and acquired by Mattel in 1998 — not a pinball manufacturer. It earns its place here for The Flip Side (2019), a fully working, scaled-down toy pinball machine built for its 18-inch dolls: a novelty rather than a production pinball machine.[1]
