Dalla Pria
Overview
Dalla Pria is the catalog name of a family amusement-machine group based in Piove di Sacco, a town in the Padua province near the Venetian lagoon. The group has worked the Italian coin-op trade since 1958, earning its living mainly as an importer and exclusive Italian distributor of leading international arcade brands and building a smaller run of high-circulation machines of its own.[1] Its place in the pinball record comes through a venture badged Dalla Pria / ABM Electronics: Stellar Airship, a conversion kit that rebuilt an Electromechanical Gottlieb table into a fresh game — the low-cost route by which Italian operators kept ageing American machines earning.[2] The distribution business long outlasted that experiment and still supplies arcade equipment from Piove di Sacco.[1]
