Joker

Overview

Joker is ManilaMatic’s unlicensed copy of Gottlieb’s 1987 Monte Carlo, rebuilt from scratch rather than imported. The Rome firm of Antonio Manili, trading as MM Computer Games, spent the later 1980s reproducing Solid State Gottlieb tables for the Italian market.[1] Like the Monte Carlo game it copies, Joker is a Gambling table set on a Casino floor and built around the Playing Cards deck — Gottlieb’s original laid that floor out in banks of Drop Targets and a Multiball mode,[2] which the Rome shop reissued under the name of the deck’s wild card.
