Jean-Paul de Win did the playfield and cabinet art as well as the video art for both displays. Matt Riesterer was the toy sculptor. All the music was written and created by the duo named Two Steps From Hell. Quinton Kapel provided the custom voice talent. The manufacturer stated that orders for this game had to be placed before December 31, 2014. No more orders were taken after that date, and all games that were ordered have been built and delivered. (Information as of September 2017.) We do not know when the production run ended or how many games were made. Ted Estes told us that the manufacturer's flyer game shows armor ("antique gold", he believes) that was originally specified but ultimately not used on production games. Instead, the armor color was changed to "Gold Vein".
