Big Dryvers (EM)

The Electromechanical Big Dryvers is the relay-and-stepper, four-player edition of a game Europlay released in two versions in 1974; a Solid State sibling, Big Dryvers (SS), carried the same title onto electronic scoring. It belonged to Europlay’s opening line, in the maker’s first year of trading, when its debut machine was Sky Star, shown at the Fiera di Milano.^[1] The firm had only just emerged from its predecessor, the R.M.G. coin-op works.^[2]
